The Role:
As a Managing Partner at our newest location, you will be at the forefront of our continued expansion. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards and values that have been the hallmark of our brand for half a century.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the car wash, ensuring all procedures are executed flawlessly.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team, while fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
Equipment and Maintenance: Manage equipment upkeep, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance for uninterrupted operations.
Financial Oversight: Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, and P&L management, aiming for optimum profitability.
Marketing and Growth: Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance customer base and service retention.
Customer Service: Uphold our longstanding commitment to exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years experience in the car wash industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage operations, staff, and financials effectively.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and management.
In-depth knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance requirements.
Proficiency in financial management and understanding P&L statements.
Excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service excellence.
What We Offer:
A competitive base salary starting at $125,000.
On Track Earnings (OTE) of up to $500,000.
