Most of our experience has been reviving failed or underperforming facilities in the car wash industry.  This is our most immediate and efficient focus.  A great opportunity is mostly is not “manufactured.”  One must be alert and vigilant and looking constantly.  It could take a year or it could take a week to identify a financially solid opportunity, and then more time to secure a purchase or lease.  We are constantly doing this.

What we need from you is to be in our system and pre-approved for the next opportunity.  Your wishes, geography, and skills set are quantified.  If you are a top-notch applicant, we will scratch the earth within your geographical preference until we find the dream opportunity.  Know that the narrower your geographical area, the longer it can take.  This is also confidential.  We will not contact your current employer or partners.  This is all about getting you to the place that you want to be.

A great site or any great business opportunity to us means that we are certain that we can achieve three to four times the performance of the average similar business.  We prefer that our ship always has a strong tailwind.  This is non-negotiable; for you to make money beyond your wildest dreams and become a millionaire many times over, this is a must.  Short of that, we pass.
